Our standard shipping rates are:

  • Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders below $150 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.95.

Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is 4–10 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier operations, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned furniture should generally be unused, in its original condition, and include all original parts, accessories, and hardware.

Return shipping costs for personal preference returns are generally the customer's responsibility. Additional arrangements may apply to large or heavy furniture items.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order enters processing or shipping. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
